The beetroot is all the rage at the moment, and fairly so. It’s my go-to staple for morning juice when I feel I need an additional brainpower boost to prepare for a busy day ahead. For one of those days when it’s extra important for me to stay focused and perform at my best – those days beetroot juice is my best alley.
No wonder it’s this year’s health food darling since it’s packed to the hilt with vital minerals and vitamins.
Beet contains minerals such as but not limited to:
Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc and Copper.
Beet contains vitamins such as but not limited to:
Vitamin A, C, Niacin, B1, B2, B6, K and E.
- 5 pcs carrots
- 5 pcs stalks celery
- 4 pcs oranges
- 1 pc organic lemon, peel included
- 1 pc fennel
- 2 pcs large beets
- Wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables to fit your juicer
- Juice the fruits and vegetables and enjoy your juice in a fancy glass or similar
