Our New York trip was fantastic. Of course I fell in love with this city with its melting pot of culture, food, people and high-vibe energy. I loved every second of my stay there and of course, there is so much food to try.
For more vegan food in NYC check out my initial wish list that I made before the trip.
Not all these places are 100% vegan as I like to explore places which feature vegan options on their menu as well.

Pala Pizza
This place has the best pizza I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. They have 3 or 4 vegan options on the menu and you can also have gluten-free crust. If you are in NYC you need to try this place.

Cienfuegos
Cuban vegan food. I liked the interior and the feeling of the place. When I visited the menu was being re-done from an omnivore menu to a vegan menu and the waiter told me they were in the stages of re-developing it yet again. I was curious to try Cuban food. However, it was a bit too much-fried food for my liking on the menu. I really enjoyed the fried guacamole (!) and the kale salad with the tahini dressing and pickled cauliflower were simply divine. However, it came in fried “cups”. (Don’t know how to describe this)
