Happy 2015!

A belated Happy New Year. I hope your 2015 has started off in a blast and will continue in this fashion for the rest of the year for you.


 With the new year, I have a few new announcements to make:

The website – I have built a vegan recipe index for you, which you can view over here. It makes it much easier to find the recipes in the blog and much easier to navigate than the listing page for the vegan recipe category. I hope you will find this page useful.

The survey – I’m delighted to hear your kind words and encouragement about the newsletter. 99% of you want more recipes and photos, and think the newsletter is too short! Well, that’s a great compliment :)

The newsletter – I’ve been doing a monthly newsletter for 4-5 years now (in different names and formats) and I still enjoy doing it. But since I rather want to make a newsletter centred around a theme and add more than just one recipe – and almost everyone who participated in the survey – through the newsletter, presently is too short – we are on the same page!

I really want to be able to continue to supply you with great recipes and inspiration and since you asked for more – I will give you more recipes!

However I also want to be able to enjoy a stress-free process of creating this as I have a daytime job just like everyone else, so I decided to send out the newsletter quarterly instead. I hope you will still be with me and enjoy the newsletter and recipes I will create for this.

The cookbook – will still be available through AppStore. However, if you don’t on an iPhone or iPad, you can sign-up here for any notification, should that change in the future. I’ve received so many questions about other alternatives, from Android to iBooks, I’d love to know for sure how many are really interested in getting a copy of Elegantly Vegan in any other format.

The blog – I experimented a bit during 2014 and 2015, each Wednesday, you will find a new recipe in the blog, per usual. Stay updated through bloglovin or my RSS feed.

I want to create a welcoming, vegan world and I hope you will be with me during 2015.
