Fresh Apple Juice

I picked these beauties in my mother’s garden. I’m not sure what variety they are. However, they are perfect for the kind of apple juice I prefer or a crisp apple pie. I love tangy apple juice which I can use as a base for my nutritional powders. Lately, I’ve used nettle powder a lot which is jam-packed with vitamin C, chlorophyll and iron. The clever thing with nettle is that it also has an alkalising property to it.

This is how I batch-make my apple juice.


  • 1, 5 kgs organic apples
  • 1 organic lemon
  • ginger (optional)


  1. Cut up the fruit to fit your juice machine.
  2. Juice.
  3. Serve immediately, with or without nutritional powders.
