The beetroot is all the rage at the moment, and fairly so. It’s my go to staple for a morning juice when I feel I need an additional brain power boost to prepare for a busy day ahead. For one of those days when it’s extra important for me to stay focused and perform at my best – those days beetroot juice is my best alley.
No wonder its this years health food darling since it’s packed to the hilt with vital minerals and vitamins.
