Blueberry Cardamom Coconut Smoothie

It’s blueberry season. There are trillions of great uses for blueberries. So I’m sharing my favorite way to use blueberries. In a smoothie of course.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2,5 dl / 250 ml / 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 2 pc bananas, ripe
  • 2 dl / 200 ml / ¾ cup coconut rice milk
  • 0,5 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp reishi mushroom powder

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
