It’s blueberry season. There are trillions of great uses for blueberries. So I’m sharing my favorite way to use blueberries. In a smoothie of course.
Blueberry Cardamom Coconut Smoothie

- 2,5 dl / 250 ml / 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 2 pc bananas, ripe
- 2 dl / 200 ml / ¾ cup coconut rice milk
- 0,5 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp reishi mushroom powder
- Put all the ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
