Let’s start this year with a simple three-ingredient smoothie. It takes no time at all to whizz together and it will help you get your greens in one delicious glass. It’s a real no-excuse smoothie for everyone who has limited time but plenty of ambitions to eat more greens this year.
Also great for luring anyone to eat spinach without even noticing. Just add less spinach and top up as they get used to the flavour :)
Ingredients
- 2,5 dl / 250 ml soya yoghurt
- 1,5 dl fresh spinach (in quantity and use more if you like)
- 1,5 dl mango, frozen
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and mix thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Let the mango defrost slightly before you make the smoothie for easy mixing.
