Vegan Crème Fraîche dressing with Ajvar Relish

- 1,5 dl Vegan Creme Fraiche
- 3 tbsp Ajvar Relish
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Additional black pepper and cayenne if you like a hotter sauce
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a pretty bowl.
- Let the cold sauce stand for a hour or so in the fridge, prior to serving.
- Garnish with additional parsley when serving.
