Steamed broccoli, garlic oil, various green leaves, chickpeas and thinly sliced small radishes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 head of steamed broccoli
- 20 grams of various green leaves
- 1 dl chickpeas (cooked)
- 2 pcs thinly sliced small radishes
- garlic oil (freshly pressed garlic, with lemon juice in rapeseed oil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli until crisp yet tender
- Place the salad and radishes on a plate
- Add chickpeas and broccoli
- Drizzle the garlic oil on top
- Finish off with salt and pepper to taste
