Steamed Brussel Sprouts with Pesto

Serves 6-8 as a side dish


  • 500 g Brussels sprouts, cleaned and cut in half
  • 5 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp raw walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds


  1. Clean and spruce the sprouts, cut them in half.
  2. Steam until tender yet firm. be careful since sprouts can overcook quickly.
  3. Add sprouts to a beautiful bowl, add pesto and toss.
  4. Decorate with walnuts and pomegranate seeds prior to serving.
  5. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
