Serves 6-8 as a side dish
- 500 g Brussels sprouts, cleaned and cut in half
- 5 tbsp pesto
- 2 tbsp raw walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Clean and spruce the sprouts, cut them in half.
- Steam until tender yet firm. be careful since sprouts can overcook quickly.
- Add sprouts to a beautiful bowl, add pesto and toss.
- Decorate with walnuts and pomegranate seeds prior to serving.
- Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
