I love Amsterdam, it’s an incredibly beautiful city with so many different nationalities both living there and visiting the city. The Dutch are creative, funny and frank. I love their sense of humour and I found that people were so friendly and helpful to me when I spent a couple of days in the city alone.

Finding vegan food is easy in Amsterdam. I ate at several places, however, I forgot the name of one vegan/vegetarian place unfortunately and another place that had vegan options, I totally forgot the name of! But here are a few of the places that I visited.

Le Pain Quotidien

This is one of my favourite Belgian chains. They serve coffee in large bowls and their menus are mixed company friendly with plenty of vegan and healthy options.

There are several locations in Amsterdam. View their website for details.

Bagels and Beans

This is the perfect place for breakfast, they have vegan options, and the service and the staff are super friendly. Available at several locations throughout Amsterdam. So view the website for details.
